FUTURELABS account holders must be at least 18 years of age. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use services provided by FUTURELABS. FUTURELABS does not knowingly collect any information from minors beyond that of IP address and standard server activity logs.

We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site , customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

Information Collection
Our web sites uses online order forms for customers to request services. We collect your contact information and financial information through these order forms. Your contact information from our order forms is used to contact you regarding the status of your account and to send you information about FUTURELABS services. Financial information that we collect from you is used to bill you for your FUTURELABS account services.

Dissemination of Information
FUTURELABS will release personally identifiable information about you as is reasonably necessary for the provision of FUTURELABS services for which you have subscribed. This includes, but is not limited to: provision of financial information to organizations such as Intuit.com, Authorize.Net, and MerchantMachine.com for FUTURELABS billing purposes, provision of contact and software usage information to our license providers for the purpose of licensing compliance, licensing usage calculation, and billing purposes provision of your account information to independent contractors providing services in support of FUTURELABS' delivery of services to you. (Note: all independent contractors to whom FUTURELABS provides account information are required to sign a nondisclosure agreement).

3rd Party Licenses
Information that you provide to FUTURELABS to apply for separate software or hardware licenses go directly to the software licenser and is subject to the privacy policy of the licenser and not this Privacy Policy. In addition, FUTURELABS may release personally identifiable information necessary for the prosecution or defense of any legal claim or right to which FUTURELABS is a party. FUTURELABS will also release personally identifiable information as required by law.
